Ceres' Table - Chicago


Chef Scurato, a native Italian from Palermo, opened his own restaurant in November 2010, Ceres’ Table, which has garnered prestigious accolades including the Michelin Bib Gourmand award, Time Out Chicago’s “100 Best Dishes” award, Chicago Magazine’s “Best of Chicago Dessert” award and more. Chef Scurato learned his trade at Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio in San Francisco and Michael Kornick’s MK restaurant in Chicago before opening Ceres’ Table in 2010.

Chef Giuseppe has proudly served Skuna Bay Salmon since April, 2012 and recently hosted a Skuna Bay dinner at his restaurant, presenting our salmon in 5 different courses.
